“After years-long deliberation, I have decided to retire as a working psychic medium after 22 years and 5 months of service effective on January 1, 2024. As someone who has said multiple times on radio and television programs across the United States and Canada that I would never retire, I would like to offer some context to this heavy decision. I am honored and ecstatic to have been able to work as many years as I have, often against seemingly insurmountable odds to have become as successful as I have been. It all began in July 2001 with the debut of my official website. There have been so many milestones for me in the past twenty-two years. From being interviewed by Jamie White and Danny Bonaduce in Los Angeles, California on the radio program Jamie and Danny, to appearing on two episodes of Trading Spouses on FOX with the infamous “God Warrior” Marguerite Perrin. I’ve been blessed to be able to appear on dozens of radio and television programs as a guest expert. Throughout those appearances, I have met some amazing people. A very special thank you to Jennifer English of the former radio program Don’t Talk With Your Mouth Full. I was a guest on her radio program a whopping twenty times! Those guest expert appearances were some of my favorites to have been a part of.

I have offered psychic readings to quite literally thousands of clients over these many years, and have cherished every single second of being able to do so. I have a large file in my home office with dozens of letters and printed emails from clients over the years expressing their gratitude for the reading I did for them, and letting me know about how the accuracy has positively affected the lives of their family and themselves. I cry every single time I open that file and read those heartfelt messages. I have always wanted my legacy to be one of being of service to others, and pursuing what I felt God had drawn me to do. For many years, my identify was directly tied to my work. As I’ve gotten older, that has changed. Please note that I started my business at age 20, and am now 43. Your mentality changes as you age.

I have appeared as a vendor dozens of times at festivals and expo’s offering in-person psychic readings, selling my own line of scented prayer candles, and supporting both the New Age and LGBTQ+ communities. I was often the first psychic medium to appear at many of those events. I also had the blessing of being able to host regular classes on spirit communication and intuitive timing at Mystic Valley Books & Cafe in St. Louis, Missouri for many years. A special thank you to the women who own that store, and to the clients who had met me there over those years. Many attendees became regulars clients after attending those classes, and they were always extremely special to me to be a part of.

As an author, I had the blessing of being able to self-publish three books, author multiple published articles, win several awards for my poetry and short stories, and even write regular horoscopes columns for a time for Texas Triangle Newsweekly and Chicago Pride Magazine.

This decision to retire has been cultivating for years. The great recession (2007-2009) really crippled my business. It took years to see the full effects, but by 2011 I had to get a second part-time job to stay afloat. Essentially, while I still had a stable business, it went from being full-time to part-time due to a change in appointment bookings. Many of my clients were furloughed or laid off during that time, had to pivot, and began booking psychic telephone readings every other year or every few years instead of once or twice a year. By 2011, that dip in bookings was evident. I tried to go back out on the road to appear on radio and television programs again to promote my work, but I had lost almost all of my regular contacts. Some had retired, some had passed away, and the new producers either didn’t want to continue to have a psychic on their program, or they had someone else that was their new “favorite”. Just as it is for aging actors, often you get replaced by the “new girl”. With the shift away from standard FM/AM radio programming due to corporate buyouts, the podcast community was just something I never seemed to be able to break into fully. There were some shows here and there after 2011, and I thank every single one of them for giving me a spot.

I realized in having a second part-time job that if I was going to have to work for someone else, I wanted to control the trajectory of my secondary career. My inner “sole proprietor” fought heavily for years with the concept of not being in control of my environment. Once again, time and experience changes that. I went to college and got an Associate of Applied Science degree in Business Operations, Applications, and Technology alongside certification’s in Business Administration, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Access. I was blessed to be able to graduate with honors maintaining a 3.8 GPA.

Over the past several years, my secondary career has become my main focus as I have moved up the corporate ladder out of school. I am working with a great team now, and am happy with my advancements. My psychic work has continued to be a steady part-time career. We are at a point in American society where “gigging” is a normal experience for most Americans, meaning working more than one job to get by. However, my passion for it has waned over the past several years. With working a 51-hour work week at my day job, it has become increasingly difficult to work as a psychic medium and still balance my personal life. I spend almost all of my weekends doing laundry, dishes, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, taking the trash out, etc. I have become Cinderella.

I have been praying to God for years for guidance as to what I should do, and I feel his answer is to step away from my psychic work (for now). I state it as such, because I do intuitively feel that I will potentially return to it when I near retirement from my current career path. Meaning, as a senior, I may reopen New Life Old Soul and begin to offer appointments again in my 60s and 70s. As such, while my official website will become inactive on May 1, 2024, I will keep my official social media pages active (X, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube). I will continue to post photographs, spiritual quotations, and just general life updates in the future. As a side note, I have been an active toy collector of vintage and modern toys since the 1980s. It is my main hobby, and I will be launching a YouTube channel with regular toy collecting video content in 2024. I have already launched the X page for the upcoming channel. 2020 Tour Cancellations | COVID-19

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, New Life Old Soul has decided to cancel all of our live events for 2020. This included five live events across the states of Kentucky and Missouri. During these difficult times, Tristan takes the personal safety of his clientele very seriously. If we are able to bring back live events for 2021, the canceled events for 2020 will potentially be rescheduled where available. Blessedly, we hadn’t sold any tickets or announced any live events before the cancellations were necessary. The first live event in Louisville, Kentucky on March 27, 2020 was canceled before it was announced.

2020 Psychic Predictions

New Life Old Soul is pleased to announce the release of internationally known psychic medium Tristan Rimbaud’s return to annual psychic predictions after a one-year hiatus with his 2020 psychic predictions. Upon the release of his 2018 psychic predictions, Tristan decided to take a potentially indefinite break from releasing future psychic predictions in favor of revisiting past predictions from his considerable archive in subsequent posts. Famed actor Sir Ian McKellen and writer Stephen King will form a friendship and potentially work together. I also see actor Sir Patrick Stewart possibly working with Sir Ian McKellen again. This vision involved the three of them together. The movie will be set in the Victorian era.

Nicki Minaj and her husband will get divorced, possibly citing irreconcilable differences. He will change over the course of the marriage and become volatile and reckless in his behavior. He will either cheat or tamper with something that Nicki calls him out on. Specifically, I saw some sort of issue with vindictively tampering with electronic media; possibly Nicki’s social media accounts. Nicki will be heartbroken over the separation as she asks for the divorce. During her first live performance soon after the separation, she will become quite emotional and cry on stage followed by a live performance of a song by another artist for the first time.

Psychic Prediction Revisited | Diabetes Insulin Inhaler

New Life Old Soul is pleased to revisit internationally known psychic medium Tristan Rimbaud’s past medical diabetes psychic prediction from 2005 (released in December 2004).

Tristan’s prediction read:

“The FDA will approve a national insulin inhaler for those suffering from diabetes sometime around 2008. It will not be approved for human testing during its first trial round. The inhaler will begin full human testing by late 2008 or early 2009. The device will be commonly used by most diabetics by 2015. The inhaler would deliver insulin directly to the lungs controlling blood sugar levels without the constant need for needles. However, I do feel the device will increase the chance for heart attacks in certain users. I also see a San Francisco connection.”

Although off on the timing, just as Tristan predicted the FDA did approve an insulin inhaler in 2006 (now off the market) called Exubera. The technology behind the inhaler was developed by Nektar Therapeutics in San Carlos, California (near San Francisco). A new insulin inhaler called Afrezza® was approved by the FDA and has been on the market since 2014. As of 2019, usage of an insulin inhaler has become commonplace. However, potential health concerns with usage are still being evaluated.

“As Exubera was discontinued in 2007 and Afrezza® has become commonplace as the only insulin inhaler on the market in 2019, I felt it was time to revisit this psychic prediction. Often, when I feel the need to revisit a psychic prediction it means that energy is brewing around that subject matter. Psychically, I feel that changes are coming for/with Afrezza® in 2020. Tuning in to things that affect potentially millions of individuals is quite different from tuning in to one person in a psychic phone reading. In the case of my 2005 diabetes insulin inhaler prediction, potentially hundreds if not thousands of people are involved just in the creation of an inhaler. As such, it can be quite difficult for even an experienced psychic to tune in to something that is connected to so many with accurate time frames. In the case of medical predictions, I’m obviously not a doctor and some of my descriptions of how the medications or technology work can be quite primitive. However, I feel that this medical psychic prediction isn’t over yet. There is new energy developing in regard to the future of insulin inhaler technology.”

Psychic Phone Readings | 2019 Price Change

Effective March 1, 2019 the prices for a psychic phone reading with internationally known psychic medium and author Tristan Rimbaud will increase by $5.00 for each type of appointment. For instance, thirty minute telephone appointments will change from $95.00 to $100.00 while sixty minute telephone appointments will change from $125.00 to $130.00. This small increase will allow Tristan to continue to offer private appointments while offsetting yearly rising business operating costs. “I have been helping people learn about spirit communication and have offered psychic guidance for more than fifteen years now. I remember a time before social media as it is today when an appearance on a radio program to offer live psychic readings was a special moment that people tuned in to listen to in real-time. Now, we consume so much information every day on our smart devices that moments in one’s teachings are often left for an audience with a very short attention span.

I have always had an active LGBTQ following, of which I am proud. I have always felt that there is not enough spirituality within the gay community and have made it a point throughout my career to openly pursue advertising connected to the LGBTQ community as an advocate for gay spirituality. However, often times the interest has been more with shirtless photographs and my “porn days” than spiritual quotations and discussions on spirit communication. As a businessman, I have tried to adapt to the fluctuations in popular media by posting on my social media platforms what has been “normal” or “trending” for an audience. It has always been hit or miss with some posts reaching several hundred likes and others none at all. Often, you learn and grow with your small business from trial and error, psychic or otherwise. I have reached a point in my life where I no longer want to focus on pleasing a generalized audience. I am worthy just as I am, as is my work as a psychic medium. As such, I have made the decision to completely shift my focus with social media platforms.

I want what I post to match what I want and hope for my life to be. A spiritually positive, uplifting, dedicated experience. Even though I will be sacrificing likes and followers, thereby decimating my social media following until a newer audience discovers my work as a spiritual teacher, I am going to slowly begin posting content more in tune with what I want my work to represent. Spiritual quotations, positive affirmations, professional touring photographs, and whatever else God leads me to post.

I don’t want to be the “sexy psychic”, I want to be the psychic medium whose posts on a Tuesday lifted your spirit and paused your thought processes whereby you are hopefully inspired in some manner. Psychic Phone Readings | New Out of Office Notifications

From the desk of Tristan Rimbaud:

“For much of 2018, I have been in and out of the office due to sickness. In December 2017, we moved my office to a new, smaller location in Louisville, KY. During the move, my right leg started hurting quite badly. I went to the doctor just after Christmas and discovered that I had a cyst growth on my upper thigh muscle. The physical move had stretched my leg out and caused the cyst to get irritated. I was sent to two different hospitals and to two different specialists. They determined it would not be necessary to surgically remove the cyst in favor of it potentially, eventually dissolving on its own. During the move, I also developed a sinus infection. Shortly after the hospital testing on my leg, I developed an aggressive staph infection. It was extremely traumatizing to go through. It took almost a month to heal. Once healed, my skin was so irritated, I broke out in a contact dermatitis rash and had to be put on steroids.

The move into the new office space was the worst move of my adult life. I was lied to about the new location after having reserved the space without being able to see it as contractors were working on it. When I moved in, everything that could break or malfunction did; including the furnace in the middle of winter. There were cockroaches, spiders, extremely noisy neighbors above, a bathroom that flooded, and beyond. I made the decision to break the lease five months in and I moved again to a perfect location in April 2018. I had to pack everything back up and move it all twice in six months. As soon as I finished moving into the new space, I developed one of the worst sinus infections I’ve ever had. It included a bad cough and almost losing my voice for close to a month. Needless to say, all of this has caused chaos with my work schedule, my sense of self, and my mental stability. I am resilient and believe that God always has a plan greater and beyond my own sight. I am getting my life back to normal and am back in the office on a regular basis starting with/on Memorial Day 2018.

I will get back to and book each of the clients who have requested appointments and have not received them as of yet quite quickly. In the future, if I have to be out of the office for an extended time, we will post a pinned tweet on my official Twitter page stating so until I am back in the office to book psychic telephone readings. Vibrations

My screams do not resonate.

Their disruptions are blocked by the mountains before me.

I am on foot wearing brand new shoes.

My depression will not break me.

I have been broken on the floor desperate for agility and stability, for which both have alluded me.

My screams of disapproval bounce off the landscape and echo beyond.

If I was born to burn then why am I not lit?

I am at present dissolute to the reality of my purposes.

If the flame is life and I am ash, can I not recover by igniting the path?

Will the mountains subside if I rise?

If I begin with brand new shoes, can I climb the mountain to enjoy the view?

My faith is real, as am I.

The view is magnificent even with closed eyes.

I can see the future beyond the mountains.

My life will recover, I just have to let it happen.
